For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted any where in our home, however guests may smoke in the pool area and surrounding gardens.
If guests are found to have smoked inside the villa, the full security deposit will be forfeited to cover the costs of cleaning the air conditioning systems and fumigating the furnishings. We reserve the right to pursue the last guest for any additional charges as a result of having to relocate future guests whilst the villa is being cleaned and fumigated

Pet Policy

While we welcome pets at Disavillatee we have been asked by the  Highlands Reserve Home Owners  Association to remind you of the following:

We want to stress the importance of responsible pet ownership in our community. We want to highlight Polk County’s pet ordinance and leash law

According to Polk County regulations, all dogs must be leashed when outside the owner’s property. This is crucial for the safety of both pets and residents, reducing the risk of incidents in Highlands Reserve.

Additionally, Polk County mandates that pet owners promptly clean up after their dogs. This practice not only keeps our area clean and pleasant but also helps prevent the spread of  diseases and maintains a healthy environment for all. This applies to inside and outside Disavillatee as well as the whole of Highlands Reserve
