About Us
Nestled in the gorgeous Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club in Davenport near Orlando, Florida, is Disavillatee – a paradise for anyone seeking handicap accessible vacation rental.
We are Ivan and Judy Berry, owners of the most beautiful and ideally-located of all the Highlands Reserve villas. Disavillatee offers home comforts, full wheelchair accessibility, peace and privacy, and easy access to the best of Orlando’s attractions (it’s just southwest of Walt Disney World!).
Disavillatee
We have recently remodelled Disavillatee. We stared with the Living Room, Kitchen and Lanai. The soothing shades of Cream and Aqua contrasting with hints of Dark Wood in the Living Room bring the outdoors indoors. The Cream and Aqua is contrasted by the dark wood kitchen units which are complimented by the Quartz worktops which sparkle in the sunshine
DISAVILLATEE
We dont just remodel the indoors at Disavillatee , outside is just as important . Initially we thought the pool deck was just too cramped so we extended towards the trees. Then came a hot tub! then Ivan needed a pool hoist , so that came too. Then we thought , wouldn’t it be lovely to have somewhere to sit in the warm summer evenings (and to shelter from the sudden summer downpours) and the Lanai arrived. Its furnished with comfy patio furniture and even has a smart TV – its got to the stage where we only go indoors to go to bed!!!
Luxury Bedrooms
And what a Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has just been redesigned in the past few months. Again it is decorated in calming shade of Aqua, cream and dark wood with hints of sand. The bed is wheelchair level to allow for easy transfer and grab bars are available. Should you need to rent a specialised bed, there is ample room for one to be accomodated in the master bedroom. Of course the four other bedrooms haven’t been forgotten and we have a constant scheme of replacement of beds and bed linen.
Outdoor Living

Games Room
We’ve converted the garage into a games room. There’s a Pool Table and Foosball as well as a Dart Board. To keep it cool there have been several fans installed

When we 1st pulled up we thought wow this place is beautiful, once inside it just got better so clean, spacious and welcoming, there was ample room it’s huge the pictures don’t do the property justice and the pool area just amazing we traveled with our 5 children and our niece and they had a ball
